Return and Refund Policy

We have a hassle-free return policy if you are dissatisfied with the product. The package should be intact and the product seal should not be broken. In case you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect product, you can email us with an image or video of the product and we will process your return request.

What do I need to do to return a product?
To return the product, check the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page where you may call our customer care representatives or email us at or whatsapp us on +91 9821343707. We have a 7-day return policy and it starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse, subject to product inspection.

Note: Liquid items are not eligible for return. In case of liquid item getting damaged during transit, we will replace such items upon providing video and image proof.
