Cancellation Policy

You need to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing them, as we ship the orders within 12 hours. To cancel the order, you can email us at info@praffulindia.com or whatsapp us on +91 98213 43707 between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday). We would cancel the products from our end. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive an SMS confirming your cancellation. Please note, the orders would not be cancelled post 12 hours of receiving the orders.
